What we collect
- Details you give us in a tour, enquiry, membership or launchpad form: name, email, phone number, company and what you're looking for.
- Visitor records at the front desk, including entry and exit times and the member you are visiting.
- Basic website analytics such as pages viewed and the device type, with no advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry, confirm bookings and manage your membership.
- To keep the campus secure and to meet building and fire-safety obligations.
- To send occasional community updates, which you can stop at any time.
Who we share it with
- Service providers who help us run the campus — building security, payment processing and email delivery.
- Government authorities where the law requires it.
- We never sell your information to anyone.
How long we keep it
- Enquiry records: 12 months from your last contact with us.
- Membership and billing records: 8 years, as required for tax records in India.
- Visitor logs and CCTV footage: 90 days.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
- Ask us to delete information we are not legally required to keep.
- Unsubscribe from community emails using the link in any message.
